Anybody have moved? Pls share your experience. Last time I went there at night and found phase 1 street lighting still not function yet.

Aiya.. Actually periwinkle going to vp in another 8 months..you sign SnP today .. First drawdown will happen more or less  3-4 months down the road... Progressive interest max is about 80% before VP.. You actually save interest for less than 60% of SnP price for few months only.. Most probably around 10k there.. So they increase the price by 15 k and offer this promotion to you (instead of giving you rebate on your downpayment)... More like a marketing gimmick to me

Just follow up... follow up.  Follow up with IJM as well as TNB/Syabas.  Both will push ball between each other.  So you must call both to understand the real situation.

If they delay the hand over, they need to face the penalty of late delivery. 

Chimes due date on March '15.  Perennia due date on August '15 (if not mistaken), do you think they have ample time?

I went to view the Scarlet mock up unit last Sunday.
Generally I am happy with it. What you guys opinion?

The common area, pantry, kitchen are bigger than I saw from Facebook photo.
The back yard is covered by concrete wall, unlike chime and perennia.
Material used is quite decent, is upgraded version from brochure spec.
The master bedroom ceiling is high, should be 11/12 ft, I didn’t expect that.

Big drawback is the Scarlet selling point, unfortunately.
High ceiling is covering only living hall.
By imagination it will be nice, but looking at the actual unit, it really made no different.

Phase 1 i think they proposing around RM120++ per month with 12 guards for 24 hours for 500++ units.
So phase 4 only 110 units? So i believe 6 guards for 24 hours is enough. i think need RM200 around.

Phase 2 has two entrance. How many guard do we need? 12 too?

Heck the more guards the merrier.

6 guards per shift, is okay for single entrance. i still think 8-10 (put one around corner here and there) better. Rm 120-150 for 400+ units sounds reasonable for peace of mind

That's is the difficult part to make most understand.  Some will even thinking of "free ride"
