How about low water pressure for cold water? How IJM rectify it?

Who had informed you about this?  I'm complaining the low water pressure to IJM but they yet to feedback anything to me.

Hot water supply by solar will have high pressure due to the heat.  But cold water water pressure too low due to bad design.  For house value of minimum half a million, can we accept such lousy design?

There's are other defects too..... need all to file your complaints to IJM directly.  No point to voice out here only. 

If IJM do not response or deny it, we may deal it differently.

So far how many stay in chimes already? Anyone knows?

Oh no, I took my keys on May. Submitted my rectification form after came back from overseas which is around 8th of June. They completed all the rectifications by July 7th. They only started the rectification work at the end of June. It all depends on when you will receive your keys. I have changed the date with my owner twice before finally moving in end of this month.

Me too? Why buyers have to pay maintainance fee since i remembered ijm said first year free service.....looking at their item list, the charges came from landscaping , rubbish collection....unbelieveable ijm treated this as strata title....is this real joke to charge back for free guards?

Any idea which 2 international schools will be operate in 2017?? As far as I know, Tenby only operating in 2018...
