Yesterday went to see perennia. Compare to chimes, also lose to chimes in term of overall satisfaction.

Can you be more specific?

location & leasehold perhaps...

Think logically......it is no longer a hot or speculative property market like 3-4 years ago....u need to have power to hold longer and bullets in your acct to offset interest to make decent profits....

Or perhaps 628k is for bumi unit which selling around 550k?

My friend who bought here say that the finishing is so poor that its one of the poorest finishing he ever seen in all his investment

How about others owner feedback?

Quite agreed that IJM being a reputable developer should have get the electricity and water ready. All these petite issues could easily spoil the good name.

I was having abit argument with ijm sales officer when made payment on deposits on water & eletricity regarding this ready for connnection......what does "CCF" WITHOUT WATER & ELECTRIC SUPPLY....

Woohoo, i got the letter today to take VP for Perennia. Was expecting it only end of aug at first. It says u can collect and visit the house on your own or u can make appt for joint inspection. Which is recommended?

And there is also a service maintenance fee tht i hv to pay. Its ard rm300. Is it the same for chimes too?
*
Me too? Why buyers have to pay maintainance fee since i remembered ijm said first year free service.....looking at their item list, the charges came from landscaping , rubbish collection....unbelieveable ijm treated this as strata title....is this real joke to charge back for free guards?

This is the maintainence fees for the first 6 months for them to engage someone to collect your rubbish etc before they hand it over to the council...
*
Hey...we asked to pay assessment fee rite? This ph2 is not strata title so it is mbkl to come to collect rubbish and cut grass as we paying them assessment .....so, is it double charges?

Hi farid, i agree with you workmanship is not really good. Most of the power switches were badly done. Hardly you can press on/off
