a little update
2 storey landed 20*70, built up 1700sqft, individual title without DMC, total 600++ unit over 55 acres, situated between Rumah Selangorku and Periwinkle (phase 3) starting RM650k++ launching either Nov or Dec 2015. 2 storey shoplot, unsure yet if ballot of fcfs, situated beside Chimes (phase 1) starting RM1.6m++ launching either Nov or Dec 2015 apartment, 2 blocks total 244 unit starting RM450k++ launching Q1 2016 Early bird package yet to decide for all new launch.
