Went to check out Wisteria last 2 weeks, has quite a number yet to be sold! Seems market slowed down quite substantially! Given last 3 years as for Chimes, it would be snapped up within launching day!

Sudah. Haven't done the inspection with the developer, no time yet. Went there yesterday, common things are uneven tiles, paint smear everywhere, sharp edges, chipped cement, not really satisfied with the finishing.

I've moved in and the only one in my lorong. Only a few days ago my front door neighbor move in. The road to Rimbayu from 3rd roundabout is properly light maybe just a small stretch that the light was turn off but still ok for me. The whole road in Rimbayu is with street light so that ok too.

Security. At night at the first guard near traffic light the guard will stop you and check your sticker. Then the guard to housing area will again check the sticker before letting you in. There are guards position at each corner of the Taman(I think.. didn't check all but seem like it. 4 corners 4 station with payung and table). Guard will patrol the area every half an hour or so.. some I saw on foot, some on bicycle and motorcycle. I saw them patrolling my backlane too. Not sure the other backlane.

Makan? Kota Kemuning the nearest loh.. Access road can use the Jalan Lombong to Cyber/Putrajaya or if you use 4WD just use the new connecting road with Saujana Putra.

my SA told me the mosque at Rumah SelangorKu side. There is a "Community Center" in between Scarlet and the Primary School site.

Don't la build a mosque near Scarlet.. Noisy later & jam pack with cars later on Friday.

As Perennia already VP, you may view to appreciate the good and bad.  For me most of the issue related to workmanship and not structural.  All can be rectified easily.  You have two year to ask them do it back for you. 

Anyway, workmanship always are individual preference, not really a big issue.  Just some may be more particular than others. 

Just my 2 cents. 

do you guys aware that there are constant blasting activies at neighbour sites that lead to many crack to the houses.

it further complicate the contractor rectification work because of recurring crack due to blasting activities

Got news that all the post letters are being held in teluk panglima garang post office, they will keep it for at least two weeks, then transfer it to the Shah Alam post office, the Shah Alam postmen will deliver all our letters.

happened to my neighbor. He told me, the postmen came and give him a bunch of letters.

I am in the midst of moving in right now. But my row, got 2 family already moved in. I think the occupancy is still very very low for Chimes to be honest. Coupled with the on going issue of wall cracks on the front porch and defect list, I believe it will be some time before people start moving in.

They keep on patching the wall and now it cracks inside. I think IJM is trying to rectify this defect seriously.

Yup, that is correct. well, not exactly few days, some of it will take a week for it to crack again. and it is obviously visible until people outside of your gate could notice it.
