Ya true. But KK is under Shah Alam with restrictions on the type of businesses which can be set up. KK mainly mid sized developers.

Canal city with three big developers and not under Shah Alam jurisdiction. So commercial activities will be more vibrant and "wong"?

Is there any different between kuala langat and shah alam in term of facilities and services? Shah alam quite strict.

In terms of facilities and services, Shah Alam is way better that kuala langat. Kuala langat is more like kampung. Duno whether kuala langat can handle all these modern developments anot. Maybe developers need to educate them. Haha

But in term of type of businesses, kuala langat offers more flexibilities.

Agreed. But for some new area which fall under shah alam oso not really well maintained. Ttdi jaya, u6, bukit subang oso under shah alam district but I don't thnk they have better infra.

one of the sales assistant told me that half of Bandar Rimbayu is under Kuala Langat but the other half still is under Shah Alam, so don't get too excited.

My friend who bought here say that the finishing is so poor that its one of the poorest finishing he ever seen in all his investment

How about others owner feedback?

Yes which phase? Phase 1 was quite ok though not excellent but not as bad as many house project by other non-famous developers. But agree that Phase2 is not good good but

If just break even then poor buyers just hold for nothing. Only developer make money lo
