But KK is under Shah Alam with restrictions on the type of businesses which can be set up. KK mainly mid sized developers. Canal city with three big developers and not under Shah Alam jurisdiction. So commercial activities will be more vibrant and "wong"? |

Is there any different between kuala langat and shah alam in term of facilities and services? Shah alam quite strict.

But for some new area which fall under shah alam oso not really well maintained. My friend who bought here say that the finishing is so poor that its one of the poorest finishing he ever seen in all his investment
