hi guys ... do you all encounter any disbursement problem from the bank for subsequent progressive billing (meaning progressive billing after the first disbursement). My lawyer ask me to chase after the bank directly... Anyone experience any disbursement delay after the first progressive billing ?

Aiya.. Actually periwinkle going to vp in another 8 months..you sign SnP today .. First drawdown will happen more or less 3-4 months down the road... Progressive interest max is about 80% before VP.. You actually save interest for less than 60% of SnP price for few months only.. Most probably around 10k there.. So they increase the price by 15 k and offer this promotion to you (instead of giving you rebate on your downpayment)... More like a marketing gimmick to me

depends to which phase you are comparing it to... if you are comparing TA phase 1 to BR phase 5, i think BR specs is better ...

Just wondering you all refering to poor workmanship, as in non smooth walls, water leaking etc or are you all referring to low end material like cheap tiles and fittings ?

if they can sell for 680k and 760k for chimes and perennia respectively, their gross gain should be 100k. Minus all the legal fees and MOT (~20k) commision and interest .. nett gain about 50 k (before RPGT) ....... if they borrow with LTV = 70 %, ROI is like 11-12 % per annum... bolehlah.. better than FD tongue.gif

This is the maintainence fees for the first 6 months for them to engage someone to collect your rubbish etc before they hand it over to the council...

Unfortunately ijm has only commited in providing basic guardhouse and fence...they are not even providing boomgates.. Will be a tough battle to get all that you have mentioned from ijm
