I've received a letter for the last drawdown 5% for phase 2. Next Month will get the key. My sale agent told me

The really the last drawdown 5% before 12.5% when we get the key

But I checked the sales they will start distributing the key from Aug. also by batch like phase 1. U should get it ard Aug or Sept also I thk

Rectification work took so long since March only now completed? Oh no, I have told my owner moving end of Sept. Don't know if my unit in phase 2 has issue will be able to rectified by end of Sept or not

How much would these kind of fence cost me for the back yard phase 2. Also do I need to inform any party to change the old green fence to these type?

Hi guys. I know my question is not gonna be related to the group. But plz advise or direct me to the right group cuz I cannot find it myself.
