Based on what they feel comfort for paying a affordable price in canal city to own a DSH, we should feel happy for them, investors not entering because they are looking at more high end with more premium price to catch the big fish...nowadays investor getting more greedy..

It is subjective, i've seen some DSH owner don't want sliding door and change to door type entrance although developer give them sliding door...

Door type entrance give more privacy i guess some people like it...

2018 onwards, lots of properties in Klang Valley,semenyih, rawang, bangi, nilai will be vped too, i don't see canal city will be the outstanding township but at least it is following the path of developing a township led by reputable developers. Everywhere has its own value and reason for living..
