But how's his complete rsting system? Like rating agencies, A-, A, A+, AA-, AA, AA+, AAA?
Joke aside. I hold the similar view - BR, TA and ES - just too BIG to be ignored.

BR, TA and ES all are leasehold.

Think logically......it is no longer a hot or speculative property market like 3-4 years ago....u need to have power to hold longer and bullets in your acct to offset interest to make decent profits....

Or perhaps 628k is for bumi unit which selling around 550k?

Many supply is major factor..can't we see so many new development + subsales? the only way to push up the market is to get our economy grows.. but looking at our Malaysia politics and economy..

General perception is low workmanship quality.....but i have not seen phase 2 yet....

Heard phase 2 owner said, got agent called for 800k ready buyer.

Same to Chimes, also many agents call and said got ready buyer. But not sure how many transacted so far

2 diff agents called us too. Wonder where did hey get our contact no? We have never posted for sale or rent. They said the market is 760k only lo

Me also last 2 weeks heard 760k, and this week got agent called for 800k.

When ask you to sell, they put high price. When ask you to buy, they put low price.

But when the there are transaction occur, if will be the reverse. They will tell you many ppl put lower price to sell and only one unit which is always not available put on fire sale.
