If anyone here is frustrated for not being granted a WISE after few applications, the officer in HLB Damansara told me that a simple pledge of 3k would get you any HLB CC

Just in case anyone wants to WISE away but did not get approval.

HLB no such thing called fast one. Fastest is 2 weeks or so.

Even if you pledge FD, need 3 ~5 days according to them.

Other bank 1 working day already kaw tiam for you.

No harm accepting since the gold annual fee is 160 after the first year
The question is why? Why are they calling back ppl who have cancelled their plat card earlier?

easier to get new customers from ex card holder? since they know your financial capability and payment history.

perhaps this telemarketing staff just want easy way to hit her target. calling those ex-plat wise card holders by offering gold card (same features but less af) is much easier to get their applications in. no need to explain so much as they already know this card features well.

FYI... they have a temporary booth in 1u shopping mall now until this weekend if you interested to apply...

But I got CB for all my swipes done b4 10am Saturday. So I think it is FCFS.

i swiped before 9:30am on saturday but habuk pun tarak. some more kena saman on that day!

anyone tried purchasing mobile reloads (digi, u mobile) from Qoo10 using Wise card?

1) got 10% cashback under Mobile category?
2) what is the description name displayed on the bill statement?

if Qoo10's payment description has the telco name (digi, u mobile), technicaly it's under Mobile category

i already called, i already complained, he already called back, i already scolded. the cs knows nothing and not willing to escalate this matter to technical team nor superior. lol...
