U can bring along all your documents like the transaction slip or account statements to their HQ n tell them u ll lodge this report to bank negara that hong leong has launched a scam of cash back to tipu card members as your transaction is not based on fcfs. They have cheated u as u also has record calling to the cs. If they want to settle. Ask for 1000x cb as your trouble n lost time to do all this.

like I said before, it was more likely your weekday transactions that contributed to you not getting anything. like I said before also, it was clearly stated in the tnc that weekday transactions also govern the weekend cashback. both should be under the first come first served basis.

Don't think so. Some of my 3rd weekday transactions done on Wednesday, and definately not advisable to do it on Friday.
I do find that when it is closing to the end of a promo, more & more people (esp the winners) will participate n try to be as early as possible.
I remember that my transaction on the last couple days of the MBB 100% CB promo was done at 10:00:02 and yet I didn't win.

i was trying out Shopback with 15% cashback, and in Qoo10 have 10% off, RM10 reload at RM9 selling price.

So far all the weeks I tried (1, 2, 5 and 6) were successful. I swiped early in the week (Wednesday latest), but Saturday swipes were definitely after lunch time (probably 2 - 4pm). Today (Week 9) I also bought RM300 vouchers at AEON at 5pm... so we'll see how that goes.
