As long as you have activated the cash back (10 x RM50) regardless any category, your RM100 dining bill will be entitled for the rebate. You can also include the RM100 dining bill in your 10x transactions as well since it already exceed RM50.

It's a good card. Just that to keep track of spending is a hassle
Not to mention the non waiver of af
Other than that rm50 per swipe is easier to achieve now with the increase in prices

Definitely the best card which offer RM100 cash back. No other card so generous. Keep tracking the spending is a standard practice for cash back cc. Don't mind hassle

I wonder how did you guys convince the cashiers to swipe few times for you all? Assuming to split bills into few RM 50? hmm.gif

I'm thinking if I will get scolded from them. sweat.gif

Let's assume groceries and dining. Any negotiation and convincing skill I can learn? laugh.gif

I'm re-calculating again my expenses and looks achievable if I cancel my MACH for dining and replace with Wise if I really want to. I'm just afraid the cashiers give me a stern stare and scold me. sweat.gif

for grocery, you may calculate first and group your items in +-rm50 each prior to payment.

for dining, you may tell the staff that you wanted to join some cc contest. so more swipes = more chances. i tried once before and the lady boss allowed. biggrin.gif

Wonder if they have booth in Queesbay mall Penang. Plan to get this card as AMEX does not have good 5% rebates during weekend any more =(

I know first year annual fee is waived, but will they waive supplementary card fees as well? tongue.gif

For my spending pattern it's simple.

Mobile
Maxis fiber swipe 3x through mylaunchpad
Maxis postpaid swipe 2x through maxis easy pay

Petrol
Swipe RM50 every 3-4 days - provided you travel more than 80km per day.

With these alone i can get 10x transactions without the hassle of asking cashier to swipe several times.

Sometimes we have public long public holidays and i will be short like 1-2x RM50 transaction then i would head to mid valley departmental floor and purchase RM50 voucher per visit whenever i'm available.

1 week to approve, another 1 week to get the card deliver to you.

submit online la. the telesales agent is very helpful (for my application), throughly explain the T&Cs for Wise cashback, documents to be submitted, followup the approval.

one thing that's missing was there's no notification (my case) sent to me when i got approved. i only knew it after i call back to check status after 1 week submitting docs. doh.gif
