Same here, just received my card and started using

From the day of approval, we have 60 days (~2 months) to swipe the card
T&C states that it will take another 4-8 weeks (1 to <2 months) for them to deliver the luggage.

In total it can take close to 4 months max

Yes. TM bills has no cash back from wise card!. I was being caught few years ago as well when I just started to use wise card. Any other card has cash back for tm bills?

Not necessary, you may spend on other categories which you didn't select, but with zero cash back. With that being said, just spend on your selected categories

Any category will do. But cash back only on the selected category.

if i spend 10 x RM50+ on any other, the same month i only spend once for dining @ RM100

As long as you have activated the cash back (10 x RM50) regardless any category, your RM100 dining bill will be entitled for the rebate. You can also include the RM100 dining bill in your 10x transactions as well since it already exceed RM50.
