QUOTE(sos_tiram @ Nov 21 2016, 10:54 PM) Good to hear from XB271HU owner. If like that better go for x34a instead of XB271HU because there is no point if cannot hit 120-144fps Thanks buddy Go for wide and thats something you can feel rather than fps something that you hardly can hit. A bit waste

QUOTE(ad2000 @ Nov 20 2016, 11:33 PM) are you using the standard monitor refresh rate or overclocked to 75hz? Bought the same model from Gemfive (by ClickAsia) during 11NOV promotion, at RM955. Using DisplayPort cable, you just need to manually select 75Hz from the display properties in Windows, no need to overclock.

QUOTE(Someonesim @ Nov 21 2016, 03:35 PM) Overclocked to 100Hz depends on monitor. I think X34A have much higher rate of success. For 1070 running 3440x1440, not too much issue, on higher demand game like Doom, cant max out but really close to max @ 82fps Found my old post in Doom as below. https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...60&p=81142331I remember The Division had to drop till high or medium, likely bottleneck due to my old i5 2500K + 8GB ram Wah so lauyah i from i5 750 had long time upgraded i7 4790k syok mang If your case either now or waiting kabylake hahahaha

QUOTE(Someonesim @ Nov 21 2016, 10:01 PM) But over 75fps are enough for most game, unless you're pro CS player I'm even satisfied with 60fps with G-sync 4 me 100fps with GSYNC more than enough

QUOTE(richard912 @ Nov 30 2016, 10:57 AM) You mean this? Not much info available only but do note that it is Freesync Sorry, can't view the Youtube video. I would think it is the same. Understand it is Freesync and I am using Nvidia. However, I am probably using this computer a few days for every 2 to 3 months in Malaysia. That is also partially the reason I don't want to buy the Acer Predator X34A due to very low utilisation (ie. max one month per year).

QUOTE(sohaikia96 @ Dec 4 2016, 04:18 PM) hi! x34 and pg348q which better??coz different rm1k expensive. and next year x34p got wst different X34 is Acer while PG348Q is Asus. Outlook/styling is different but internally, both use the same panel. As for X34P, it is supposed to use a new panel with a steeper curve. However, it's not expected to be launched soon.
