X34 is Acer while PG348Q is Asus. Outlook/styling is different but internally, both use the same panel. As for X34P, it is supposed to use a new panel with a steeper curve. However, it's not expected to be launched soon.

and next year x34p got wst different

From my understanding and feedback from research, both very similar except outlook, with Asus have much higher QC. X34A are revised version ( seems to have slightly higher QC ). X34P will have even higher QC with guaranteed 100Hz capability and swivel stand.

I am planning to upgrade my Full HD TV to 4k TV for my current monitor setup, deciding whether I should get 50 or 55 inch.

If those two are the absolute choices, I would go for the Acer Z35.

Alas, the Acer costs more compared to the BenQ. If you read some of the reviews online, you will find that there are quite a number of complaints about the BenQ in terms of "ghosting" effect, less on the Acer. FYI, the Predator headset is actually a Steelseries Siberia 200.

Z35 with 1080P will be less 'sharp' due to lower dpi ( much lower than standard 24" 1080P ).
X34 doesnt suffer ghosting issue like Z35, and it's fast enough ( 100Hz ) for most gamer.

I would save up for a 1440p monitor since you already have the GTX1080
