boss... how is texts / office works due to the unique pixel layout?

I don't notice it at all to be honest. It's clear under normal sitting distance and I still can't see anything putting my face right in front of the screen. I guess people are just nitpicking for something which can only be seen with scopes....
Other issues raised like flickering at 175hz is also non existence on my unit. ABL with HDR1000 is barely noticeable. And the screen is bright enough... Side by side with LG C9 can't differentiate unless LG turn on DTM, looks brighter.

Update on my monitor issue.

Service request has been sent, they will replace my monitor, however due to supply constraint, i can see my order status is delayed day by day.
So i decided to ask for return and refund rather than waiting endlessly. Let see how.

I have noticed some of the pros and cons just 2 hours of usage, the review are just spot on.
Not an all rounded screen, so choose what you want and set your expectation.

Do you guys think RTX3070 can support AW3423DW? I'm torn between AW3423DW and M34WQ. I'm planning to play games at most at high settings, I don't need ultra settings. I'm more inclined to QD-OLED due to how futureproof it is but I'm not sure if my PC is suitable for such high tech monitor. Any opinions?

I guess if I'm playing in a dim light room, wear earphones, and primarily using it for gaming, none of the cons really applies to me. Any other things I need to keep an eye out for before pulling the plug?

The G3223D is the latest model and superior than S2721DGF model.

This is mean for gaming and HDR content display, its colour accuracy even good for professional work for some extend, but text wise is not as sharp as regular monitor, which i can noticed immediately. The black become grey under ambient light is true which is a bit stupid to me, which negate the 'true black' claim of OLED technology.

For your use case, i don't think matter.

What worry me the most is the fan, how durable is it ? And what if the fan acting up after the warranty period ? Actually this is deal breaker for me.

Dang... It looks good... The other 1 is IPS panel?

Hand itchy already. Wondering if the fan is really that loud as review says?

You will know the answer if you ask yourself this question:
1. Is your room without fan?
2. Is your room without aircond?
3. Will you watch movie/playing games without audio?
4. Is your's a fanless PC?

Otherwise i really don't see any issue here.
