Yeah i did just that and got respond today. To my surprise, they offered not just price match but quite an additional credit adjustment on top of it.... This is turning into an amazing deal lol.
Just email to sa_care_my_sg@dell.com , title as price protection compensation will do. I just emailed today, and they replied the refund is approved.
Don't waste your time calling their customer service or live chat, it is hopelessly idiot. Different agent give you different answer, then the customer service line won't speak after pickup the call.
My monitor will arrive next Tuesday.

Are you connected to multiple monitors? it may be projecting to secondary monitor.

No, just a single monitor. Your's no problem at all?
Because i can see the monitor shown 'no signal, monitor go into sleep mode' when loss signal after restart, and then it unable to wake up fast enough not until boot into windows.

Hi guys, anyone can recommend decent ultrawide monitor for gaming & daily usage:
1) prefer 144hz and above 2) decent quality and aftersale service, easy to RMA etc 3) cost between 1.5k to 2.5k 4) 30 inch to 34 inch 5) IPS or VA panel
And my other question is, is black smearing on VA panel really that bad? I do coding sometime and saw that text can be very blur on VA panel when scrollingis it true?
And 34 inch better curved or flat? Some said if flat u can view the whole screen and u need to turn ur head left right just to see content. I sit about 70-80cm from my monitor usually.
Price increased RM2xx today, so I chat with the customer support try to get yesterday price, but she said cannot revise price ...
If you do not need the monitor urgently, then you can wait for next promotion, I guess mostly April or May. I was eying it since last year, saw few times promotion with the price tag rm18xx, so seem like they do promotion quite frequently (every 1-2 months).

It's not urgent. Previously almost go for Gigabyte G34WQC, but because no service center here, so this Dell monitor catched my eyes with that price. Guess i'll wait then. Thanks !
