Just a little small review here, bought Crossover 75hz 344QP 2560 x 1080 res from ebay. I realize a lot of people not getting 1080 due to everyone suggesting 1440p. It is not pixelated or unreadable words like I thought, if you have doubts.. go to a near retail and check out 27" .. if you can accept it then its pretty much the same thing in ultrawide. It came with quite bad colour bleed but when you turn brightness to 0 while contrast up.. the decrease A LOT till unnoticeable. Its stand looks like the x34 but its pretty low height so you can't really see the back.. there is no tilt & height adjustment which is bad but overall I'm pretty satisfied with everything. I got the monitor for rm19xx which is almost half the price of x34.. half the res half the price? haha. Feel free to ask any questions (:

Update: went to lowyat over the weekend, unfortunately no shop have stock for either the Dell U3415W or Acer X34A Predator

With absolutely no news on the X34P, I am really itching to pull the trigger for the X34A. The ASUS PG348Q is just too overpriced to be considered...

I think X34P will only available around Christmas or early next year.

Go X34A and enjoy early also I afraid X34P price will be high because MSRP 1299USD for X34. We're getting it at much lower than 1299USD conversion ( 5.2K ) that's why i dont bother wait

Read that earlier. Must say LG monitors look damn nicely designed but alas, no G-sync support, always Free-sync only. Am wondering if the 34UC79G has native 144Hz or only achieved with free-sync. The Dynamic Action Sync looks interesting.

X34A stocks should be arriving soon. Today, Acer has an event in Berlin. Let's see what gets announced.
