This is really cheap even with the shipping price, with 6% gst the most add another rm150.
Sifu-sifu, is there something wrong? Why is people not buying from amazon?
Malaysia ultrawide cheapest is 3.8k - 4k ..

This is not curve, and not 3440x1440 resolution, nor do it have G-sync. Those 3.8-4K you mentioned are curved, 1440P and with G-sync.

Not saying this is not good, for the price it's really good consider it has freesync.

EDIT: Correction, 3.8K most probably are Z35 that are curved and g-sync but 1080P.

Haha, actually this is what I'm looking for.. 34" 1080p, its basically a wider 27" 1080p then I guess its acceptable. I'm currently using a 23" 1080p which will be a huge leap for me. In Malaysia there is very very less 34" 1080p monitors.

if you sit normal distance when viewing PC monitor, this LG 24 FHD screen will look blurry because the PPI will be so low. I personally don't recommend FHD for monitor bigger than 28". Best for FHD limit at 24"
*
I guess its the same as 1080p 27" quality right? I'll have to go to retail shops to take a look. I once survey for 27" 1080p .. its not that bad.

If 1080p is your thing, you may want to wait for the new Acer Predator Z1 series. News updates here for 32" and 30".

For those (like me) waiting for the X34P, news here.

Hmm. Interesting.. The news just released this week tho. I wonder how long until it release hmm.gif
I read around forum that the z1 32" is starting at usd 599, not sure how much will it be in Malaysia..
Dat 144hz tho, I guess I'll just have to do 3dmax and autocad in curved monitor flex.gif flex.gif

Just a little small review here, bought Crossover 75hz 344QP 2560 x 1080 res from ebay. I realize a lot of people not getting 1080 due to everyone suggesting 1440p. It is not pixelated or unreadable words like I thought, if you have doubts.. go to a near retail and check out 27" .. if you can accept it then its pretty much the same thing in ultrawide. It came with quite bad colour bleed but when you turn brightness to 0 while contrast up.. the decrease A LOT till unnoticeable. Its stand looks like the x34 but its pretty low height so you can't really see the back.. there is no tilt & height adjustment which is bad but overall I'm pretty satisfied with everything. I got the monitor for rm19xx which is almost half the price of x34.. half the res half the price? haha. Feel free to ask any questions (:

Wanna ask,

Is 29" ultrawide wide optimal for multi tasking and gaming ? Starting to get interested in Ultrawide monitor, as I am thinking of giving my 23" HP monitor to my dad to replace is 19" monitor.
*
Top up rm500-800 for 34' 1080p monitor. I personally got a crossover korean monitor due to cheap pricing.. but there is slightly risk there.
I personally thinks 29" is too small for multi tasking and the "wow" factor isn't there yet, would rather get dual 23"

this model.. since August, probably selling at rm1900 cod kl.
I'm still deciding, give me a week to think about it.
Cause now that I'm working full-time I don't get as much time on my PC, probably descending to a console.

Would have bought from you if you have posted this earlier.

I have just bought an AOC curved 32inch monitor with freesync but only at 1080p.

I think it is new, very few units available. I bought it for RM1,850.

It is 31.5 inch, 144hz, VA Panel and at a resolution of 1920x1080, non-wide screen.
*
ohh non-wide.. we in ultrawide fan club i thought we're talking about ultrawide.

Yup bro, memang betul hahahaha! Before i use samsung 23" 1080p, syiokkk.. then took Dell27" 1440p, very syiokkk.. now, X34 3440x1440, very syiok gila weh! hahahaha.. start using 1440p, n fall in love already.. 4k? emmm, x suka lol.. but if ultrawide 4k, not sure yet drool.gif
*
I haven't tried 1440p before..
So taxing on the graphic just to play sharper visuals.
Really don't know if it's worth all the money.

Any good review on recent 29" ultra-wide?
Quite urgently need for 1 to replace my faulty one.
34" is my dream but right now over-budget and does not have good graphics card to put it to use.
I am currently only on a VGA KVM (yeah I know, I know.) and only on my peasant 4 year old laptop with VGA and HDMI (not sure what version even).

Sorry for the story, any suggestion on 29" ultra-wide?  Can VGA support that resolution?

Thank you all for your time.

I got my 34" ultrawide 2560x1080 arond rm2000 from korea.
You could give it a try there.. Just top up around 200-300 then get 34"
I think its much worth it that way. 29" too smallll~#!%$#
