hmmm Actually X1900 series are hot for their VRM I had mine last time maintain about the same temperature like u are experiencing ..

Basically even if u change the case it won't help much, my solution was to run the card with HR-03 plus dual 12cm fan beneath for maximum and through out cooling...

It was able to keep the VRM around 59c ,,, so u see this is the furthest it could go ....

sniper i tot u sold ur x1900xt already ?

btw i bought and install EX-33, (i'm not sure which model, mine hold 3hdd). it work better then cooler master own steel 1, and very light. easy to install as well. But the ori fan a bit slow, i replace it with a vizo hehe........but the fan holder a bit weird, a quater of the area is slight block (i dunno why they dun cut it clear) ........... sniper i definately recommend it for u............ but careful while install get scratch easily......

btw as for ur GC cooling , i suggest cooling the underneath too......when i remove a fan blowing the lower section the temp shoot to 67oC at idle, put a fan back on 63oC.........put 1 more 60oC.....may be u should try that........

note that all the fan are focus on the underneath of the graphic card

that EX-33 have 3 and use 3x 5.25" drive bay... ala, those scratch is understandable, it can't be avoided (can i?), beside the scratch will not be seen from outside... biggrin.gif

yeah... the VRM's temp seems ok now, as long it doesn't reach 60°C, IMO should be all right, i had 120mm CoolerMaster fan blowing direct to the card, not to mention aided from it's side, a 92mm Vantec UV LED... biggrin.gif, quite messy my interior right now... blush.gif

owh ya, X1900XT sold, but when i just about to post the item, the buyer requested switch to 8600GTS that i bought after sell the X1900XT doh.gif

hahahah ... I have used PC-007, PC-G7, PC-A05, PC-A10, PC-V1000 .... hopefully the list doesn't go on ..

From my experience with LL cases ... I'm 99.99% sure about this ...

The 0.01% goes to those that claim it could be mounted after modification ...

Actually the wheel stand can be installed to PC-A10.

The case is already having the ready made holes for the wheel.

@ ikan_semilang

Try to check your Lian Li PC-G7B whether it has those holes or not.

There's always holes at the bottom of the case .. but it doesn't mean those are align with the wheel..

As for PC-A10, I'm not sure whether it align or not .coz never tried...

However G7 definitely can't fit it on .. coz last time I wanted to mount it ... but it just doesn't align at all .. must drill the case ..

Anyone could show photo of the bottom of case and the wheel stand to make comparison cases that could fit and those that can't ..

this could solve most forumer's doubt ...

but have to try mount it, since i just saw the holes, not testing the measurement... icon_idea.gif

erm how if i din change the casing fan direction,
and my AC cpu cooler blows to back fan which is intake, will cause any problem or not, 2 side blow into the hsf, will it cause the air to stuck somewhere around there or anythin???

U could follow these two setups:

Front intake, rear exhaust and ur AC cooler blow to the rear fan.

or

Back intake, front exhaust and ur cooler blow inward to the PSU area.

i mean my AC hsf blow towards to the rear side, and my rear fan use as intake, means AC fan blow back, rear fan blow front, and the heatsink is in the middle of 2 fans blowing toward each other blink.gif blink.gif

hmm, ic ic, i think i'll try the second which is
Back intake, front exhaust and ur cooler blow inward to the PSU area.
coz i think if put front as intake, then it will suck the hot air from my psu back into the casing..... then my casing will become hotter wink.gif wink.gif

and also if i use the 2nd choice, i dont have to change the casing fan already, coz if not mistaken the default is back intake front exhaust......

btw, juz wana confirm, AC freezer 64 pro can change the direction?? normally, the fans blow to the back right, and now i wan blow to the front, i juz fix the whole hsf facing front or wat??

U don't change the direction of the fan but the heatsink itself...

just mount it the other way that it supposed to be ... there should be no problem...
