For guys that have the LL side panel fan, can it be fitted with a fan filter?I am planning to get one to blow my freaking hot GC and wondering, if its taken as intake, that would collect alot of dust... QUOTE(WebWalker @ Jun 15 2007, 11:23 AM) Actually Lian Li selling two type of side fans :- yeah it's true, it's BS-03... but i can't make use of it, since it get blocked by HR-03... tried to, but i don't it'll fit though... BS-02 » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « BS-03 » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « BS-02 is the fan blow air out of the side panel cover (the cover is having small holes). BS-03 for air blower which blow air out from behind of the casing Which side fans you can use is depend what type model of LL casing you are having. p/s PC-A10 is using BS-03 type of side fan. |

QUOTE(akachester @ Jun 18 2007, 09:48 AM) @sniper69, actually, there is, at the behind (to be precise, at the side) of the fan, the side which we mount the fan I seriously do not know the concept behind the fan air flow for the Lian Li BS-02. Even after some explanation, i still doubt it is helpfuly in term of airflow. No holes at the back to suck or exhaust air at all..It seems like the fan is sucking air in and blowing it out at the same place.. |

QUOTE(akachester @ Jun 18 2007, 10:38 AM) IC, thanks for the picture there. I really still doubt this fan will be working well, at least for me. Even with extra compartment space to allow air blown out, i think there will still be problem about air being blow out at the same space as well..LOL.. if we can fit the one with turbulance (ami i right? turbulance?) type fan... the airflow should be better Anyway, i think i will look into BS03 for now... |

QUOTE(Doom @ Jun 18 2007, 01:36 PM) BS-03 is much more better and the effect is immediate .... while the BS-02 is pretty much depend on the setup of the graphic cooler ... . Anyway I'm sure that the plate u wanted to cut would be PC-A10 right ??? Actually why don't ask ATE to order the right plate for the dual PSU coz last time when i got my PC-A10 ... it comes with two holes and cover with plate for the additional slot that doesn't use ... |

QUOTE(Doom @ Jun 18 2007, 07:20 PM) @sniper69 just got back from ATE no problem coz I asked them about this batch of PC-A10... why the hole isn't cut and they ask can cut ourself... I said it would took ages to get it done and the outcome wouldn't be nice ... So I've told them just ask Lian Li to sent the correct plate and the cover as well.... |
