Intel Xeon E3 1231 V3 - RM 895
Asrock H97 Pro4 - RM 389
Gskill Aegis 8GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM - RM 249
Palit GTX970 4GB GDDR5 Jetstream - RM 1429
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD - RM 559
WD Blue 1TB HDD - RM 199
Seasonic M12II EVO 520W - RM 329
Cryorig H7 - RM 169
Thermaltake Versa H25 - RM 135
BenQ GL2450 - RM 479
Windows 7 Pro OEM - RM 200

Total: RM 5032 (Idealtech price inclusive of GST and free shipping to Penang)

They are selling Liteon S900 SSD but the price is not listed in their pricelist, but you can ask them to get that SSD instead of Samsung SSD as Liteon SSD is way cheaper than Samsung SSD and yet the performance is quite good too. You can get a cheaper reference version of GTX970 and put the extra money in other parts such as getting Windows 8.1 instead of Windows 7/upgrade to a better looking chassis/better monitor and etc.

I myself can add in another 1-1.5k more... so its abt 6.5k for me.. can you give me any recommendations? :3 Is it worth waiting for GTX980Ti to release??

ur spec look good. 8gb ram is min requirement standard. ssd like LITE-ON S900 currently is cheaper or u take plextor ssd. samsung evo not really worth it at all no need consider. if u bias on samsung go for PRO but really expensive.

Yes, I am aiming for cheaper SSD. There's another Lite-On that's cheaper than S900. Is that worth it? I am looking at Czone's price list. Are there any other cheap recommended brands besides Lite-on and Plextor?

Wait for the GTX980Ti and AMD 300 series to release, should be a week or two away. brows.gif

You can add in CM Hyper TX3 Evo RM95 and probably the 620W of the Seasonic M12II Evo PSU at RM379. nod.gif

Cheapest GTX980Ti i've seen so far is the Zotac GTX980Ti Reference 6GB GDDR5 RM2599 from Techview,that's the pre-order price though,SRP is RM2799.

Not sure which one will IdealTech bring in.

Sifu, have anyone tried buying graphic card from amazon. This is the amazon link http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Super-C...eywords=gtx+970

They provide free shipping to malaysia. And if I convert the US dollar to Malaysian dollar using current citibank conversion rate, I can still safe a bout 250 ringgit. Have anyone tried to do this before? And will there be any gst charge at the kastam?

Free shipping from foreign site rarely for international.

Even if they do, Malaysia also never on the list (except may be Aliexpress). On some occasion SG will be in the list though.

Amazon total comes to 1374.09. When reach malaysia GST 6% =RM1456. Shipping alone is rm90.no free shipping for malaysia.
EVGA vs Zotec local, i think better just get Zotec. Warranty easier .
Still thinking what brand to get for my 980TI.

Does EVGA website ship to malaysia?

Yes, you can even pair it with R9 280X (7970 rebrand) or even more powerful cards if you want since AMD Crossfire don't limit you too same cards.

But one thing, do make sure you have at least 2x PCIE 3.0 slots running at X8 to reach the optimal performance, such mobo usually only start from RM400 and above.
