Same shit happened to me bro, the freaking USB driver, took me three days for it to work and I don't even know what made it work in the end..

I might wait a bit and not update to S117 yet, the charge time is so damn long and some problem with the WiFi... Or maybe it's only me experiencing it?

*I've check the comments on GSM and apparently there is a problem with the S117 update and Lenovo since have removed it so let's wait for a fix, hopefully soon because the charging time is killing my enjoyment of the phone

i hvn't charged my phone after i update to s114... i know it's gonna take quite a while haha

how long u charge ur k3 note? mine one need 2 hours 50 minutes to charge from 5% to 100%.i using s117, is that normal?

Three hours to charge from 5% to 100% is a blessing compared to my situation man... Mine took over 5 hours to charge from 15% to 100% at worst case scenario .. Sometime it let me charge fast... Sot sot LA I think the S117 update. The charging time wasn't that bad using the Chinese ROM last time

This is a curse when I need to charge my phone at least twice a day... It wouldn't be a big problem if it can last a full day for a heavy user like me.haha

or maybe is charger problem? before this(china rom) i using my samsung charger also need 7 hours only can charge full. now(india rom) i use lenovo charger need 2 hour 50 minutes. dont know is rom problem or charger problem

Charging time ROW rom is much more better than China rom. Normaly it take about 2-3 hours to fully charged on s117.
I already flashed 5pcs K3N and updated s117. Charging all normal. 2-3 hours.

Did you uninstall the 1.0.13 first then install 1.0.14, or just install 1.0.14 on top of 1.0.13? Thank you bro!

I'm not even kidding.. The charging time is haywire on S117... You're lucky you don't have this problem

Not lucky....i flashed 5pcs K3N which is my friend's including myself K3N.....no charging issue. Try check your charger and cable. Or install current charging apps to monitor the current......should be 1.6A and above on s117 rom.

i installed 1.0.14 on top of 1.0.13. i didn't not uninstall 1.0.13 first. but i restarted my laptop after 1.0.14 installed.

I ihink we should observed the actual charging time not as shown on homescreen. Coz i don think the one that show on homescreen is accurate....

If you would like to update from S114 to S117, you may download file from here:

Copy file to phone storage, rename file -> update.zip

Then press vol up+vol down+power together to boot into recovery, choose language and then install update.zip.

After phone reboot, key in ####682#, select MY马来西亚 to customized firmware locale.

To check firmware locale key in ####5993#

You may want to consider perform a factory reset to recover 400+MB phone storage after setting firmware locale (by clearing the locale easy image cache in the system)

I seriously implore those who haven't update to S117 to wait for the official update from Lenovo India. There's a reason why they pull it off the update system. Now I'm having problem with the WiFi and charging. I have to shut the phone down and pull out the battery whenever the Wi-Fi decided not to work. Even *#*# technique to "fix" the problem doesn't work.

Please do a factory reset, most probably that will solve the problem.

I have no WiFi and charging issue at all.

Same thing here. No problem what so every since S117.
