one question, existing celcom postpaid NON contract, can switch to this plan?
*
i asked bluecube staff about this. they said can.
how fast the process, it depends on their system.
from other telco to celcom, it takes 1-3 working days.

According to the sales person,
rm 10 is the stamp duty, which is a standard similiar like what you apply Internet line from ISP, i guess is compulsory,
as for the 60sen, huhu, everybody know la huh siapa punya masterpiece,

as for the day you start use till your cycle date, an example, your cycle date which your data will be refresh, and is also your bill date is 4th of May,

24th april - 4th of May got = 11days.
the day you start use till your cycle date =
rm38 / 30days then * 11days of usage = rm 13.93333 -> masuk rm 14 la ok, easy count.

then apply GST , rm 14 + 6% = RM14.84

Then , for the month of May to June = rm 38 + 6% GST (Again, masterpiece from... u know) = rm40.30

so the 1st bill you are suppose to receive by June 4th, will be like

Rm10.60 + rm 14.84 + rm 40.30 = RM65.74

THIS IS WHAT MY SALESPERSON TOLD ME.

End of report~~~~ thanks for reading. tongue.gif

nah... the supp line package not tempting at all with only 500mb data for RM30 monthly. better add on RM8 can get 3gb data.

moreover, now ppl using whatapps call. using data only. pointless to have free calls between supp and main lines.

perfect explanation. the 3gb data also will be pro rated on your first month I guess.

based on the example above,
3gb/30 days x 11 days = 1.1 gb data for the first cycle.

Weird, I went and switch from Maxis postpaid MNP to this package together with my sup-line, no-payment involved..........
just fill up form, they give me the simcard, and ask me wait until Maxis terminate your current Sim-card (which is no-service).
then simply replace to celcom simcard........... he even gave me the celcom sim-card as standby, and according to the sales person,

an extra stamp duty of rm10.60 apply to your 1st bill + pro-rated usage from the day you start use it to the cycle date + monthly usage after the cycle date month, which is all together in the 1 bill..........

we'll see~~~~

Same like me. Just now went to Blue Cube Pavilion. Change from Hotlink Prepaid to Celcom38. Will have to wait 1 - 3 days. No payment needed. No pay per use after reached 3gb/2gb.
The only thing as they didnt know when the promotion is end. (Additional 1gb data)

QUOTE(GoldenHorn @ Apr 24 2015, 03:19 PM)
Interesting.

Probably the cost esp stamp duty fee will be highlighted in first month bill.
*
Existing celcom subscriber will get change cause celcom don need to worry mnp process failed. Anyhow we pay now or later bill also will show later. But for mnp customer they can't ask u to may cause they dono later ur mnp will pass or not. This apply to all telco.

Has anyone noticed this page on Celcom's website regarding 4G LTE?

The thing I'm trying to point out is this:
QUOTE
Enjoy FREE Celcom 4G LTE access for a whole year!
From now till 31 December 2015, you can enjoy Internet speeds like no other with complimentary Celcom 4G LTE access worth RM10 per month when you subscribe to any Mobile Internet monthly plan or Celcom First Data plan.

What does that mean I wonder. That 4G LTE is provided for free until the end of 2015 and from 2016 onwards you will be charged RM 10 per month to use 4G LTE?

I'm a current Hotlink user and I'm really interested in switching over but I'm just checking out some fine prints before doing it.

Yes, all Celcom users get to pay RM10 for LTE service (if they choose to do that) wink.gif
FYI, last year they put it from now until end of 2014. So what do you think? thumbup.gif

in 2016, mass MNP to other telco if they charged additional for 4G LTE speed.
