QUOTE(spikey2506 @ Apr 24 2015, 08:18 PM) Went to a dealer just now,Blue Box outlet. Wanted to convert my prepaid to postpaid. They say unable. They received an email saying only to reg new numbers for the 38 package. Wasted my time only. Should have gone straight to Celcom branch. MNP from Maxis to 38 plan today. Waiting Maxis to terminate the sim. |

I don't really mind with 3G speed for 4G since I only use it for social apps and only certain places are LTE covered areas, but if Celcom really do capped the LTE speed, they should state it clearly on their T&C for this plan.

QUOTE(UserU @ May 25 2015, 11:50 AM) How long does it take them to activate the line? I was switched from MaxisOne to 38 Plan in exactly 24h. But I received sms asking for confirmation in about few hours after I went to Celcom.I switched from Maxis to Celcom on Saturday and still not receiving any activation SMS until now. |
