Weird, I went and switch from Maxis postpaid MNP to this package together with my sup-line, no-payment involved..........
just fill up form, they give me the simcard, and ask me wait until Maxis terminate your current Sim-card (which is no-service).
then simply replace to celcom simcard........... he even gave me the celcom sim-card as standby, and according to the sales person,

an extra stamp duty of rm10.60 apply to your 1st bill + pro-rated usage from the day you start use it to the cycle date + monthly usage after the cycle date month, which is all together in the 1 bill..........

we'll see~~~~

can u enlight on this?

QUOTE(medichloreans @ Apr 24 2015, 03:17 PM)
Same like me. Just now went to Blue Cube Pavilion. Change from Hotlink Prepaid to Celcom38. Will have to wait 1 - 3 days. No payment needed. No pay per use after reached 3gb/2gb.
The only thing as they didnt know when the promotion is end. (Additional 1gb data)
*
QUOTE(GoldenHorn @ Apr 24 2015, 03:19 PM)
Interesting.

Probably the cost esp stamp duty fee will be highlighted in first month bill.
*
Existing celcom subscriber will get change cause celcom don need to worry mnp process failed. Anyhow we pay now or later bill also will show later. But for mnp customer they can't ask u to may cause they dono later ur mnp will pass or not. This apply to all telco.

I did go to Xclusive. The Blue Cube was to double check if the policy was true.
*
If any of the celcom agent or staff told u can't change plan u ask them go back for training again before go the wrong answer....I changed mine mAdvance68 to basic 38 without any problem.

QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Apr 26 2015, 10:22 PM)
all gone. only celcom prepaid to celcom basic 38 will retain the credit
*
Really can keep the credit? All the while I thought prepaid and postpaid is diff so all ur remaining balance burn if u change . If can bring forward to postpaid then I will change my c1m plan to this also as inside still got 50 plus...

the 3gb lifetime / only 6 months is the confusion part. i was handle by celcom officer that wear "elite" tag ( i guess more senior?) and he explain to me that first 6 months gv 3gb, after promotion over drop to 2gb data + 2gb wifi. he even write down all the package plan for basic 38.

There was a time when all the boys and girls wanna be seen with a 012 number to be hip and cool. And 019/013 people were seen as kampung, since their coverage was the best outside of urban areas. How times have changed. Thanks to the power of MNP.  biggrin.gif

True true....

That time 012 is the most valuable follow by 019.

013/017/016 not much ppl pick...

MAXIS BIGGEST FAILURE IS TO OFFER MAXIS ONE PLAN!

A shit plan with shit data offerings!

Calls Unlimited - Ptui!!! Who needs unlimited calls now! We need unlimited data!!!

Data Sikit - Memang sikit for such a damn high price!!!

I have been with Maxis almost 5 yrs and I am quite happy with the offerings until they terminate the Surfmore plan which is good to all. Now the Maxis data plan only have 1 choice which is the Surfmore 50! WHAT! Data plan only have 1 choice for such a big telco?

WHY I SAID MAXIS BIGGEST FAILURE TO OFFER MAXIS ONE?

Because now how they can hardly cut their price and IF THEY DID, the Maxis One Plan is a total failure and many jumped ship from this provider. Wondering what strategy they are running after the new CEO is taking over.

Anyway, ported ady from this telco to blue telco! More affordable!
*
their one plan more target business men / sales men la.... diff telco target diff market. we just need to pick the best for us. a lot of my supplier are happy with one plan 128 as the makes a lot of call everyday.

Since that CEO join them, they have cut off all value for money add on. We should teach them a lesson by porting out from green telco to other telco.

Btw, the lazy bum green telco still haven't release my number yet. Gonna file a complaint to cfm today
*
u need to call customer service ask for a reason first. did u still owe other telco money until u cant port over to celcom, mayb digi / umobile ?

FYI, Maxis called me today morning and offer me a free phone (Lenovo Vibe A380) if I still stay with Maxis. They are asking why am I porting out? I told them their package is expensive and me as a customer would go for a cheaper alternative plan. I personally told them that their data offerings is very poor and not attractive, only promoting Maxis One Plan which is rubbish!!! I am a normal user, not a businessman!

Finally, my number is going to port out anytime now after 5 days being held. Maxis also admitted their fault in giving wrong information.
*
you muct be 1 of their loyalssssssssssss customer until they call u and counter offer me... i been mnp in between maxis, digi, umobile and celcom yet i nvr get counter offer

the free phone need sign up contract?
