Weird, I went and switch from Maxis postpaid MNP to this package together with my sup-line, no-payment involved..........just fill up form, they give me the simcard, and ask me wait until Maxis terminate your current Sim-card (which is no-service).
then simply replace to celcom simcard........... he even gave me the celcom sim-card as standby, and according to the sales person,
an extra stamp duty of rm10.60 apply to your 1st bill + pro-rated usage from the day you start use it to the cycle date + monthly usage after the cycle date month, which is all together in the 1 bill..........
