How to check if you're already subscribed?

I'm from celcom postpaid

can see under your online customer service. another way is to check your data balance 'vol status to 22188'. if it's 3gb then u're in.

My sister moved from umobile u50 to celcom 38. ported in 2 days.

Is there a speed cap I'm reading here? Did not notice any difference in the speed of facebook, normal browsing or whatapp...

apparently download spec called at 7mbps although celcom denied. but I guess it won't be much difference for most of us unless those hard core downlaoader

I'd rather stick to my prev mBasic rm38 with 1gb and full LTE speed than 3gb at 3G speed.

Speed > Data.

U can topup ur data anytime, but u can't add/boost ur speed.

I see, although I prefer Data > Speed but I think 5mbps is fine for me. Still better than my previous i68 data (800mb!).

I think its pretty telling that Basic 38 was possible to be this cheap because bandwidth cap.

So far using this basic 38 plan is really good. Speed is good and so is the plan. Using Xpax no time limit internet from beginning. So this is a big upgrade from it biggrin.gif

Well this plan takes about maximum one day to activate if you're currently riding on celcom network. Others telco will take you about 3-5 working days. Paid 40.30 upfront for the plan, but honestly I don't know what is it for. Anyone can clarify what is the amount for ? First month bill?

Filled up contact form at celcom website yesterday to enquire and expidite the process. Online Customer Servive called and history repeated itself. Status still pending, why pending? The answer from them was don't know.
Have to asked blue cube..... myself. What's the contact number? OCS don't know.... isn't blue cube under celcom management? They are dealer. Isn't dealer still under celcom? How can celcom not have your own dealer's number?
Why bother call me if OCS don't know what's holding back the change of plan, and don't even have the contact for blue cube, suria mall?
What's the point of filling up the contact form in celcom website if they can't deal with their own dealers to handle change of plan?
Seriously, if can't get the process done in 24 hours then don't say can.... and when cannot, can't they just say when can it be done? Tell me don't know what's holding back. .... don't know don't call and make me rage some more lah....

As a secondary internet account the speed is fine. Fast enuff for FB whatsapp IG etc. It's even faster than my streamyx at home lol. If it's your sole internet access then I guess you're entitled to rage. I just want Celcom to be honest with it and tell us

I'm using a supplementary line under maxis, will I be able to port just like that or do I need to make mine into a principle line first?

I think you need the main account holder to do this.
