Would you all rather go back on previous plan, be it maxis, digi, because of the speed caps?

capped speed bearable for me. seen shitspeed b4

mine was about 5 hours. i changed mine from celcom 1 malaysia to celcom basic 38 at about 430pm. by 930pm already migrated. but depends. some ppl got it after 5 minutes.

only basic 38 got capped or all celcom got capped? 5mbps is already good imo, but still not 4G good. 3G is so last year

Guys, I've applied to port from Maxis yesterday 10am. Until now no SMS received yet. The guy said 3-5 working days. Shall I wait or?

probably have to wait. since it's a long weekend. plus they did mention 3-5 working days. think they will give u the same answer. lo.

Blue Cube Suria, Kota Kinabalu told me min 1 hour max 24 hours wait for change of plan. I am an existing Celcom post paid user. Now pass the 24 hours wait, still no status update.....

im waiting as well, hope it goes as quickly as possible as i cant send message or make phone call at all

Yikes, lucky I can still make calls. Called 1111 to asked, she say payment in progress... What does that even mean, she say they don't know. I paid CASH RM40.30 at the blue cube branch. Then she asked me to contact the Suria, KK branch to ask them what's the hold up. WTF, I ask you, you asked me to enquire the branch myself?
Fine, I want the branch phone number so that I can contact the branch myself. Gave me 088-447892. I called twice nobody pick up. Called back 1111, this time a guy picked up. I asked to confirmed if the phone number given to me correct or not, he said he has no idea cause they (customer service) don't have the contact number for branches, only have address. Then WTF is the number given to me in the first place?

mine was done yesterday morning. at night already prompt for confirmation 'Y' or 'N'.

this morning when turn on phone. my line already disconnected without msg. so change sim straight can use.

i guess maxshit dont care to say goodbye. hahaahaa.

pay nothing at all. straight ask them sign auto debit.

So is it a wise choice to change to basic 38? I'm a surfmore 50 user.

confirmed got throttled ,,, max i can get is 6MbPs+-

I just switch from my Xpax IOX to this First Basic 38.
Same location, with my Redmi Note 4G, previously was able to get up to 20Mbps (2.4Mb/sec download at STEAM).

Now just run a speed test, it seems the speed capped at around 5~6Mbps.

I will try to tether to my PC to download again when I have time to see if the capping is real.

You migrated from prepaid to this postpaid plan as well?

change mine on friday, received confirmation sms line successfully ported yesterday evening. until now my maxis line still active.

same here, celcom says sim card will be activated within 2 days so lets just wait one more day.

Next step is to make report to get case number for the capped speed. If they give shitanswer, get the case number proceed to skmm to raise complaint.

Everyone do this, then blueman will get jump on this.
