Finally changed my old Celcom plan to this basic 38 plan already and i still get the 3gb data + 3 gb wifi under the promotion. but the sales person told me its better to register fast bcos if not when the promotion is over then those that apply after that will only get 2gb lehh. Am so happy with the internet speed, super duper fast hahaha
*
u also feel its fast right?? alot ppl claimed that greenplanet is faster for their internet and its actually not true lor.. did some speed test and the result is clear man. for those that say greenplanet has faster internet, better reconsider la.

Are we supposed to pay RM5.30 for the new simcard?

Celcom usually absorb such cost for their customers la, IMO they really do such good customer service.. like comparing with other telco centre, i feel blue cube is the fastest in terms of service even thou their counter not alot.

After the promotion ended, will the basic 38 plan 3gb data quota drop to 2gb ?? i heard some of my friends said so lehhh. i knw is if apply after promotion is confirm 2gb only la. and hor my fiend say after all the basic 38 also will become 2gb only which is same with yellowman 50 bucks plan but yellowman's plan more worth it as it gt more free calltime etc.  cry.gif  cry.gif how ah ? i dont knw which plan to go for leh now.
*
nobody can give u a proper answer in that. different cs, branch, dealers telling different stuff.

worth it or not depends on your location and usage. location wise whether blue or yellow is better. as for calls and sms, is yellow 50 giving more compared to blue if you add rm10 for pay per use (calls and sms)to the basic 38?

So I tested celcom speed with xpax and its fine in my area. Do prepaid speed applies to postpaid?

One more weird thing with celcom is it takes longer to charge my phone. I think its the unstable connection fault. I don't experience this problem when I use maxis. If I charge my phone and turn off celcom internet data, the charging speed is faster

apparently for celcom wifi account, if you did not log in after a specific time, it will expired. your account is no longer active. already lodge a complain. hope able to resolve the issue.

no bro. i did not pay rm40.30 during sign up. this is my first bill and i was shocked that my payment was just during my activation 20/5/15 till 2/6/15.
3/6/15 is the cycle date

so is the PRORATE is actually means the usage from my activation date to cycle date?

14 days / 31 days * rm38 = rm 17.16

dude same here. except i registered 30/5 and my due is RM28.55. paid RM40.30 upfront, but reflected in my bill and my due bill was -RM40.30. when bill came, my total due payment is RM68.85. since i paid upfront RM40.30, my due bill is RM28.55. wanted to check how did i get charged that much but found out the guy typed my email for e-billing wrongly doh.gif
any way to make celcom resend the e-bill or view it with details online? just wanna confirm i didn't get any bill shock or got scammed since i receive a lot of spam messages (AGAIN, celcom seriously?)
