D'Nuri will have a similar facade like Nidoz. Nice.

Nidoz looks less attractive compare to trinity aquata.
Cause nidoz so high density 1800 units ++, leasehold and rumahwip next door.
Whereas aquata is 400+ units freehold and no rumahwip.
Oh trinity aquata is also cheaper starting from 480psf vs nidoz rm580psf.

Accessibility Nidoz is better, this make the different...

I got Nidoz for RM480 psf wor . More furnishings than Aquata so cheaper but yea a lot higher density.

Nidoz got rumahwip next door but Aquata got kampung surrounding it lol

Nidoz easier access and not that close to the highway compared to Trinity

Pros and cons depending on yourself, no correct decision

Mau jual pun susah bang. Mau compete seribu orang.
Lagi mau leasehold.
Also the kampung is adjacent to it. Not surrounding it.
Anytime better than nidoz industrial lar.

After reducing the price, Aquata now in the league to tussle with Nidoz. Previously scream in front of you also no one bother.

Btw, RM 480 psf net for Nidoz is early entry price?

I think Nidoz has two sizing if not wrong either 1400sqft or 1500sqft.

I also think both accessibility are on par "not so good and not so bad".

Yeaps but rm480psf is counted by including the additional 122sq.ft of balcony which is not on every unit. If you divide by 1403sq.ft it's bout 20-30 psf higher but for me I count the balcony because I'm going to make it a liveable space

Imo, as long as the balcony is in the S&P layout and size included, it shall be considered to include it as it would be stated into the Strata Title later on.
