Look like D'nuri is good for the first time buyer. It is because the quality exsim provided is not bad. Definitely D'nuri can be sold out in first day.

In this location the price consider reasonable. Really hard to get a reputation developer to launch as this price in this location.

The satay is nice. Already crowd of people. Already used 1 of the special rebate card. Still have two, let me know if you need it.

1200 sqf 4 rooms and 1400 sqf 5 rooms. Both come with 2 car parks. But feel like not sufficient car parks for a family.

yes great deal. Will go tomorrow again to eat the food. I feel the lychee a bit too sweet. Try the fruit juice is so nice. Plan to buy the blender.

Talk about the floor plan, do you all think the room a bit too small. However is really good to have big family everyone have own privacy.

Should be no problem. Due to overwhelming respond they might no time print an official receipt.

Aiya I thought you are asking choosing which one. Both also rumahwip, both also around rm300 psf. Is only salary below rm5000 and never buy property before only allow to register. For buyer I think they think on location, they already stay there before or nearer to they working place.

If for me, I will think about appreciation. Desa petaling is nearer to the future High Speed Rail in Sungai Besi.
