With the clearing of the squatters, hopefully got less stray dogs as the area will be cleaner and no dogs barking at night then.

In terms of the morning assembly from the students, unless you're retired you also need to go work right in the morning during the assembly so shouldn't be an issue, you probably won't even realize it. If not take it as a free alarm

Weekends no school so in all, no issues there
