Bro, is the unit low floor or high floor, is that facing Mex highway or the other way?

If not low floor and facing MEX, I think good price and better than Nidoz.

The leafz surrounding is too cramped and run down. Although the condo is nice, but the feel is not completely make u enjoy the quality of life, sorry to say that, that is my personal view, there are too many shop lots surrounded.

Nidoz good at its location, it has two exits to kl via Seremban highway and salak selatan. It actually at the center among kuchai lama, Sri petaling, oug, old Klang road, etcs. Accessibility is superb, you feel more homely because that area residential more than commercial, and there's primary school behind..

Yeah, missing 1000Sqft or less are a bit disappointing. To aim high density with 1200++ sqft and above are quite daring, anyhow Exsim always surprise us with their own analysis of market trend.
*
Ya, Exsim has good track record so far.... I guess people buying is because of the confident level based on its products and services delivered throughout the previous projects...exsim is very steady in building its company's milestones.

Nidoz looks less attractive compare to trinity aquata.
Cause nidoz so high density 1800 units ++, leasehold and rumahwip next door.
Whereas aquata is 400+ units freehold and no rumahwip.
Oh trinity aquata is also cheaper starting from 480psf vs nidoz rm580psf.

Accessibility Nidoz is better, this make the different...

D'nuri, bear in mind 10 years time cannot sell under the scheme, what if in 10 years time you wanna upgrade to bigger home? Rent out also not allowed..

it looks very high density to me. i think it will cause traffic jam at entrance in the morning especially when going out and towards kl-seremban highway, there is one traffic light and if going kl is jam, it will be at standstill position...

Another problem is the exit entrance facing opposite direction of the road, it would have problem coming out from condo ..

Good luck to those buying Nidoz for investment, own stay is more ideal compared to the leafz which surrounded by traffics and old shop lots.

There ah... now traffic already very congested after Kampung Malaysia road opened.

Parking is already scarce as it is as the other condos there have 1 car park mostly, so after the rumawip units complete. I foresee another 500 cars flooding the streets for parking (conservatively) assuming 2 cars per house.

I know of some condo dwelling households have up to 5 cars!

Good luck everyone. Hopefully those completed YTL shoplots open up their car park for season car park.

Nidoz got open another/2nd entrance for it or not?

Greetings from EXSIM Group!

Please be informed that the target VP date remained the same as Q2 2020 as of now, latest
by June. However, we are seeking authority, KPKT and REHDA advice on extension of time
and other related guidelines. We shall make further announcements once we have obtained
clearer and firm guidelines on the same.
