Nidoz looks less attractive compare to trinity aquata.
Cause nidoz so high density 1800 units ++, leasehold and rumahwip next door. Whereas aquata is 400+ units freehold and no rumahwip. Oh trinity aquata is also cheaper starting from 480psf vs nidoz rm580psf. This post has been edited by Gary: Dec 5 2015, 10:54 AM |

Mau jual pun susah bang. Mau compete seribu orang.
