Economy is getting worst, less business in consumer market, average monthly income is stagnant, annual bonus is getting lesser. What's gonna happen next? Everybody can predict the market correctly, so long the country is still lead by the same menteri kewangan.

Spoke to some mortgage sales ppl from different banks recently. many ppl r letting go their newly vp properties (mostly condos) but cannot find buyers. Some getting monthly salary RM 5k - RM6k a month holding a few properties which will be ready soon. dunno whether these income group ppl get suffered o not n end up NPL.
