Now USD 1 = RM 4 .... interest will go up anytime, with higher cost of borrowing, monthly installment increased, if owner don't rent out their unit at higher rental, i think many people will go bankrupt....by that time, you will see who are real flipper and investor. i think we better hope rental market will work..else property price will go down because no one can afford to buy at higher price anymore.

my fren renovation company over there ,
rental average RM1000
fully furnish RM1500

mostly empty unit can't rent out .
and installment can't cover monthly repayment .

this is main reason,

if this condo only have less then 1k unit,
i will pay a RM2000-2300 permonth to rent 1200sf on today market.

with this high number of unit i will only pay around RM1800-2000 maybe??

Any projects in KL, you have to get approval from Dewan Bahasa Pustaka. Without their consent, you can't register the name. Name must be reflected nationalist, Bahasa Melayu bla bla bla bla.. I tried 5 names for one of my project in DPC, none accepted. tongue.gif

You are right too especially if you coming from Sg Besi toll. It is the easiest route if you want to direct your guest to come over your place here icon_rolleyes.gif

Economy is getting worst, less business in consumer market, average monthly income is stagnant, annual bonus is getting lesser. What's gonna happen next? Everybody can predict the market correctly, so long the country is still lead by the same menteri kewangan.

Just passed by the Nidoz showroom just now while driving. They did not cover up the place properly and even while driving I can see inside.. the 3D model of the building is up. Whoever stay nearby can just walk past and you should be able to 'preview' even before the VVIP next Sunday biggrin.gif
