Are you serious? What I understand is that they are considering lowering the rate but RM will slide further . So ...I don't expect any movement now

I don't think the response will be as good as rainz. But still expect a sold out project but will take more months

If they can sell 70% that is a miracle and I will really hormat Michael. But that means they need to sit on 500 balance units and no great bonus and great company trip for the exsim staff

Went there and the showroom is still yet to be ready. Got "somebody" accompanied by staff viewing at the model.
