Wah nice. Those walls were still RC eh?

This hackable walls was set already by the developer from the start? or did owners had to ask permission if they can hack any walls?

Im asking coz they're doing something similar for D'Erica but only the walls to widen the kitchen/living room space. Wondering if can do for bedroom coz logically not all walls will be structural...

set my developer , from the first day .

those walls are not RC wall , normal hacking then can hack the wall already .

depends , you'll need ask developer before u purchase .

Desa Petaling, who will use the road? Beside Nidoz, Salak South, some old condos / apartment? Nidoz itself has 2 exit which so far at any point of time going out did not jam

Going to these place:

Sunway - 20 mins
KLCC - 15 mins
Cheras - 15 mins

Lately the roadside parking had gone from bad to worse..

Both side have illegal parking, ramping up the ledge.. foodtrucks there and pathway become oily..

New project with an existing road access. Just built for the sake of $$$$ never bother the road access.

Can be a matter of luck at time, best to have a prior site visit although exterior unit viewing only and try to engage neighbor for some insight before really deciding to go for bid. Also compare the auction price against subsale price.

In fact all development require infrastructure cost contribution to local authorities however most of the time authorities will just retain for further use.
