Anyone staying there now? Hows the lift waiting time? I went to view house in Dec, was waited more than 5 mins for lift. Many contractors and resident even during. May be also need to practice sop (4 persons).

How about morning time 7-8am and after work like 7pm?

I send my kids around 8AM everyday to the kindy. Never wait too long, around 1-2 min max. Now with renovation slow down, it's fast.

Despite what other people were saying about Nidoz being a poor buy, lelong unit is quickly snapped up. LOL.

It's poor buy if investor buy at developer price, but good buy for current price. Truth is, the product is sellable die to not many offer the unit sizes with the no of room offered.

It's a niche product for growing family - but demand is there.

exsim project all have good facilities, that is what attracted a lot of buyer and investors.
but i am still studying those project with high density and supply in a particular area.
is it sustainable when public transportation and road wise is not upgraded.
will the huge population impact the people that live in that area.
if no, then all huge density project should be a good buy because of the low psf.

i would say high dens defination is diffrent to everyone .
it can be define as in an area or in a building . (mont kiara/kepong)
nidoz 4 block sit on 8 acres land (ok la not too high dens)
One thing should concern is the facade , 'straight line' building design , but not 'Square shape' design (like the henge) or L shape design
so front and back view is totally unblock which is quite rare now in the market .
There's pros & cons for a high dens property too . depends how u looking at it .

'straight line'

and most klcc view at balcony will be like this

My density is not about the acres by the blocks or units. the density i mean is the total supply at a particular area.
ie Oug Parklane, 4k units and along the road still got plenty easily 10k units. old klang road have widen but is still the same street to KL.
that makes the area very jam, having to say that OUG parklane is not fully tenanted yet.
Sentul near to M Centura, M Arisa, Sentral point by UOA, Skyawani, that strech got 10k units at least.
so when all are tenanted what is going to happen going to work and coming back home.

same for desa petaling, one way in and one way out. i just cant imagine when is fully tenanted, will it affect the tenant there.
most Exsim project is huge supply, Millerz, D Series in Damansara.
