Anyone staying there now? Hows the lift waiting time? I went to view house in Dec, was waited more than 5 mins for lift. Many contractors and resident even during. May be also need to practice sop (4 persons).
How about morning time 7-8am and after work like 7pm? |

Now with renovation slow down, it's fast.How about morning time 7-8am and after work like 7pm? |

Despite what other people were saying about Nidoz being a poor buy, lelong unit is quickly snapped up. LOL.
It's poor buy if investor buy at developer price, but good buy for current price. Truth is, the product is sellable die to not many offer the unit sizes with the no of room offered. It's a niche product for growing family - but demand is there. |

exsim project all have good facilities, that is what attracted a lot of buyer and investors.
but i am still studying those project with high density and supply in a particular area. is it sustainable when public transportation and road wise is not upgraded. will the huge population impact the people that live in that area. if no, then all huge density project should be a good buy because of the low psf.
