i would say high dens defination is diffrent to everyone .
it can be define as in an area or in a building . (mont kiara/kepong)
nidoz 4 block sit on 8 acres land (ok la not too high dens)
One thing should concern is the facade , 'straight line' building design , but not 'Square shape' design (like the henge) or L shape design
so front and back view is totally unblock which is quite rare now in the market .
There's pros & cons for a high dens property too . depends how u looking at it .
'straight line'
'box type'
and most klcc view at balcony will be like this

My density is not about the acres by the blocks or units. the density i mean is the total supply at a particular area.
ie Oug Parklane, 4k units and along the road still got plenty easily 10k units. old klang road have widen but is still the same street to KL.
that makes the area very jam, having to say that OUG parklane is not fully tenanted yet.
Sentul near to M Centura, M Arisa, Sentral point by UOA, Skyawani, that strech got 10k units at least.
so when all are tenanted what is going to happen going to work and coming back home.
same for desa petaling, one way in and one way out. i just cant imagine when is fully tenanted, will it affect the tenant there.
most Exsim project is huge supply, Millerz, D Series in Damansara.
