Does every unit comes with kitchen cabinet, fridge and washing machine/dryer combo? I'm planning to rent but looking at the listing picture. The partly furnished looked pretty much all the same with items mentioned above.

yes. every unit come with it. been there twice the only different i saw maybe is just the balcony type & 1200/1400sqft.

Yes, all the same when VP as per developer's package.

However, I have seen some renovations like :-

- remove the dryer & sold it !
- added to use gas stove burner !
- removed (& replaced) all tiles for whole house !
- removed walls (to some extend even some cases)!

fortunately, only small % of the overall .

Remove all titles? Wouldnt that incur more cost?

yes yes kitchen cabinet everything also built in. kitchen hob, oven all provided.
can say if u rent / buy the property just bring your own bed , sofa & tv settled.

Exsim projects seen alots Wow factors in 1st impression to attract buyers. one day Malaysia market will realise all these are unnecessary and abundance to a building & home.

i cannot agree more. All the fancy fancy stuffs are unnecessary and its a maintenance nightmare after DLP has ended. Its one of the reasons many of the developed countries have kept their apartments built in a modest state because eventually all will comes back to the basic, the basic dollar and cents

malaysian civic consciousness is still very very far behind. Majority of the purchaser or owner wants all the facilities in the world but when it comes to revision of maintenance fee those people will fight as if someone is force taking their children away.

How much is the maintenance fees ?

HDB simply cannot afford to have these facilities, nuff said


Yes Malaysia is one step behind because failed public transport system, if as good as SG, then no need these facilities as easily reachable. However, with failed public transportation, these facilities is a plus point. So they are much welcomed in condos

Not related to public transport also. Just simply people won't use those facilities most of times. Human DNA. You can try ask around those stay in condo, how many times they use their facilities, how long can those facilities last without corrosion.

People willing to walk down their condo to amenities nearby rather than spend time on those facilities. Don't ask me why, human DNA. Haha

still ok , nidoz doesnt come with too fancy fancy facilities
while most of facilities fully booked like 2 x badminton court and 2 x basketballcourt .

other than that especially current MCO period , residence still utilize the urban farm alot (jogging , walk their dogs , play with their kids)
*because couldn't go out .

other than that , skylounge x 4 closed , big gym and yoga room closed , which is rm0 cost of maintenance
2 sky swimming pool is comes with heavy cost to maintenance only .

quite a family element condo compared to others as almost > 70% units here for own stay .

Just started anyway. Initial cost already priced in spa

is way enough to cover the maintenance cost .
maybe coz of high dens . 1.3k units .
