Imagine if (If - but possible if "bdm1" case drag on) ; 1 US$ may be = 5RM.

once the "BASE" is completed, it should be easier & faster later on the progress.
as the base need to be precise on layout, location for various tower, sewerage outlet, incoming water & TNB connection etc.

assuming if good whether and everything going lancar , i think shl be no problem average 2-3 floor per month per tower.
moreover, Nidoz design are very standard thru-out, (only 2 layouts), so it shd be quite fast &easy for the developer.

but if they use the method applied by Chinese Firm China-build-57-storey-skyscraper-19-days !

land sudah level , piling completed, "Load" test completed. now crane (so far only 2 or 3) installed & shd be starting building car park floor by now if not mistaken.

according to their plan, all 4 towers (Nidoz) shd be completed together ; as if you check your car park floor plan, is one big continuous car park floor from basement to ground ; where one shld be able to see the layout of the location for their tower lifts etc. icon_idea.gif

as long not required to cross main road with heavy traffic , I don't mind walk (once a while).
