I can do without i-stop since the function is useless anyway. Should I just left the i-stop orange light blinking or get it repaired at the service centre?

I think you can approach insurance agent, and get quote for free.

Agent quoted me for RM52,000 coverage. When I get online quote it is valued at RM46,500. I have a feeling that agent will quote higher so that the premium is more, thereby they get more commission. As such, would like to check on the reasonable/realistic market value for my car. How much is the depreciation in value for 4th year? 15% (1st year), 22% (2nd year), 8% (3rd year) and 5% (4th year)?

I think 52k a bit high, if that's your agent, maybe negotiate to lower.

Totally agree with your view that it is on the high side. Off course can reduce, I'm paying for the premium after all. Yes, need to decide on the fair market value. What do you think is the fair value? Around RM48,000?

Like for example, one of the year ( 2nd year I think ), I actually request higher amount as agent quoted are too low to my liking.

Better get it checked at SC to know what is wrong. Then you can decide whether you wanna go fix it there or outside workshop

Does anyone know if the i-stop warning light indicator begins to flash on amber color, how long can I still drive with the battery? Eg. The infotainment system did automatically restart during my last drive.

Best to replace the battery as soon as possible. You don't want your car to died halfway when driving.

just did my 30K service and Glemarie SC and they told me the engine oil been changed on full synthetic type, i notice my car no so "smooth" after the service, any one encounter this ?

Do you know what brand of the oil?
And is the viscosity is 5W-30? I heard the oil that came with the car initially is not 5w-30. Maybe someone else can confirm.
