Anyone experience this i-stop and battery malfunction before? But when I checked the battery it is still half full,
I can do without i-stop since the function is useless anyway. Should I just left the i-stop orange light blinking or get it repaired at the service centre?

Better get it checked at SC to know what is wrong. Then you can decide whether you wanna go fix it there or outside workshop

Bro, did you managed to get this problem sorted out? Was it the key fob battery?
