A friend is interested in Type G. Can an agent pm me the details of the current package and if there are any type G units left?

this always come to my mind, do buyer still wish to take LRT if they afford to get a 1.1-1.2mil condo? if you ask me, i prefer to drive...

For my daily commute i would actually prefer taking the train and the city as a whole will begin moving into that direction, e.g. congestion charging, more expensive parking etc

Same here, that's why I chose my future home closer to the public transit station. Gonna take advantage of it once I move soon. thumbup.gif

But to each to their own. There are those who prefer driving out for work and social activities and those who prefer taking the public transit to do the same things.

Thanks for the update!

Wonder how the pick-up rate is going. Since I see on their facebook page that its nearly completed, hopefully the leftover units will be taken up.

unsure.gif May I ask the sifus here, seems like prices has come down of late. If I book in late 2018 - before HOC and free MOT - at higher price somemore, is there anyway I can get MOT waiver now? or just GG? thanks in advance

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that even before the implementation of HOC, the developer already waived the MOT fee?

How did you know that the prices have gone down as compared to a year or two ago? If that's true, then that sucks for purchasers who trusted and bought before covid sad.gif

The developer never waived MOT.

Prices have not gone down. In fact, the prices went up a little because the unit I was looking at (Type F) before I bought another unit (Type G) is still available and it's more expensive. By how much I can't remember because I left the documents in my office.

I was there last week to look at the progress and to pay for my invoice.
