I went there once to view the show units but I didn't place any deposit.I've been to new launch projects' show units from MahSing and JL99 and didn't succumb to the aggressive sales staffs in both cases.  |

it is slow down when they focus on the second block. Hopefully it can catch up and deliver early.

They finished the 8th floor. 9th floor is the facilities floor and that will take some time. Then 10th floor will also take more time since structurally it's different already. When the units starts then everything will speed up since it's just copy and paste. Please correct me if I'm wrong but it's always the case when I see other projects being constructed. |
