when we discussing a project, we taking the lowest psf as a benchmark after the rebate and etc. 800psf is the lowest floor of cause, same to others project they wont tell u their most expensive psf unit to promote the project.

dont make thing complicated, the project u go and the salesman tell u psf also from the lowest....

Haha Yeap
Some agent will even use Bumi lot discount to calculate somemore haha

I think 3 weeks ago I did enquire about the studio units.
Was attracted cause it was advertise at RM535K, however when called up they quoted me RM592K(887/sqft) at level 17 and that is the cheapest unit available.
At that price I think I go city centre (subsale)

you want to buy anything anytime, you just need to have either 711 mynews or kk. you don't need to whole mid valley.

I wonder if tis avara is really that walkable without breaking a sweat and dust and traffic pollution to go mid valley.

I think they provide shuttle service but obviously this will translate into higher maintenance fees. brows.gif

A member here confirmed that there will be a shuttle service to MidValley.

Just that when the JMB is formed a year later, will they still maintain it or scrap it? hmm.gif

Do yiou have urge to buy a camera out of sudden? Or shoes for that matter?

Want to buy veggies and walk to midvalley might as well just dine in there.

if you are busy with your work and you dont wish to travel far over the weekend to buy ur groceries, or you wish to have a peace of mind to have a cinema, buy some gadget by walking distance...why not?

we are two type, so i dont hope you can understand me. That is why i dont mind to splash more cash to buy at the nice location.

First high ceiling
Type E is the one I like most. Come with island n bath tub.
Many of client like the fact that they don’t like like it’s 1000sf only
*
Type F has island too, but smaller...facing pool.
I didn't know it's high ceiling. Actually had feeling like ceiling was low when I was in 1 of the bedrooms of show gallery.

the layout is okok for me.....as long the design not like old type curve here wall there then shud be fine. Yup, high ceiling is important and also the full height window which will make your house look more gorgeous.

It will be up to the JMB if they want to maintain it or scrap it. The JMB is made out of the owners so all owners has a say in it.

Type E, F and I has kitchen island top.
It has high ceiling. 3.3 meters floor to ceiling. The ones in the show gallery has about 6 inches of plaster ceiling but even with that, it's still higher than most projects with similar price points.

3.3m = 10.8ft only. Consider high ceiling?

What's the standard ceiling height in market?
