And looking at Triumph Adler, seemed like GMK quality is dubious.

hey guys can any1 tell me what's happening to my Ducky Shine 3? After i solder properly but then more LED died(12 pcs different places), im pretty sure i didnt mess anything up.
Is it ok if i swap my CapsLock Key's white LED to red? since red LED and white LED have different voltage/amp
Some LED became super bright, i can even feel the heat on the board.

I assume it's not spray.

yes, I dye the PBT key with dylon multi purpose dye bought from local book store

honestly, I think the key feels the same. It just aesthetic change.

btw how are the keycaps surface after dyed, remain the same or can feel the coating/other texture?
If this dye is long lasting will be nice to us to customize the blank pbt keycaps to colors we liked

Check if u solder the led -ve and +ve pin correctly or not.

The tekstures on the keycap feels the same as it was before, maybe because the PBT absorbed the dye when heating the cap. I do think It gonna last for a while.

RM 8 something after gst. At popular bookstore I think.

Finally took the leap and bought my first MKB!
Decided not to deliberate too long and bought a Blackwidow (green)
Had my feel on a few of the color switches (though it's Razer switches now, not Cherry MX switches) and decided on green.
All the chak-chak-chak is really gooding.

Yes, these are dangerous waters indeed..

look very even,found a lot of them had blemish/uneven on them while dye-ing the keycaps
