Anyone have any experience with lost packages in the mail? cry.gif I am expecting a keyboard. Tracking says that it left custom and reached PosLaju Puchong. And then it was dispatched out of Puchong to PosLaju Kota Damansara but it never reached Kota Damansara (I went there to ask them). So, it is either still in Puchong or lost in the mail or the van overturned or something. The thing is, it was badged out of Puchong, so it has to be in transit, unless the badging out was a mistake. I think I should go to PosLaju Puchong to look for it, but I am not sure where it is. But tell, me, any experience like this?

To answer you previous question..

<<Anyone have any experience with lost packages in the mail?>>
Never happened to me before, but I have lots of exp in sending parcel to that location.

Your parcel still hanging in Puchong from the tracking. It do not show where the parcel go from PPL Puchong.
In case for K.Damansara or around that area, either PPL KL , KEPONG or even PPL PUCHONG can deliver to your home directly.
You can see, 27 Apr 2015, 9:00 AM Delivery process PPL PUCHONG.

<<And then it was dispatched out of Puchong to PosLaju Kota Damansara but it never reached Kota Damansara (I went there to ask them).>>
Go to Puchong, because it never show to K. Damansara even in tracking.

The predict route for your parcel are only these 2 possibilities:
- KLIA > PPL Puchong > Your House
- KLIA > PPL Puchong > PPL Kota Damansara

And 27 April is monday, your parcel should reached in 28 April yet missing.

Just prepare for the worst, probably lost-in-transit or songlap.
Just go to Puchong pos and ask, they will investigate.

Thanks bro.
The reason I said it was on its way to PosLaju Kota Damansara is because I called PosLaju and they checked their internal system and said that it is being sent to KD. So I knew it should have reached KD.
But I will go Pos Laju Puchong tomorrow to try my luck.

Damn sad! cry.gif

edit: I guess the question is, how can it be lost in transit?
BTW, I am sending to an office. There is a mailroom in my office. It can't be "no one at home" scenario.
Also, I have not had any lost mail before when receiving 30 plus parcels in the past one year of sending to my workplace. This is the first time. I just can't figure out how it can be lost in transit.

Pos Laju Puchong called me. He told me it was a mis-sort. By right, after customs clearance, it should go to Pos Laju Kota Damansara. But it was mis-sorted and went to Puchong instead. So the moment Puchong received it, they sent it to Kota Damansara. He confirmed that PPL Puchong will not deliver to end user. That means, it should be in Kota Damansara(!) But I was there and they couldn't locate it. Hopefully it lied in one corner in Kota Damansara waiting to be discovered. SIGH! cry.gif

If posting such valuable item, maybe I'll choose other better services? Albeit expensive.
Yeah, glad you found it.

Already paid us$50 for usps priority shipping.
Anyway, I bought the ssk at $75 and paid another $70 for modding and refurbishing. Not exactly super pricey.

May I ask why it's like so dirty? No offense.
Can it be cleaned?  smile.gif
dirty? where? it looks old, if that is what you mean.

this is a 24 year old keyboard and it is not new in box. Someone helped me refurbished and clean it. It's as clean as it can get and I am pretty happy with it, actually.

I think these two keyboards are not very popular in Lyn but I use them quite often too.

if from California, can be 8 days.
